To make any complaint or denunciation, The Metropolitan Institut  of Taxi (IMT) will ask the user all the specifics details of the taxi that performed the service you want to report.

That is why always is important to order, once the ride is completed, the taxi receipt showing all the data referring to the driver: license number, NIF, vehicle’s enrolment, price, date of the service and driver’s signature.
